FIC2023 (Food Ingredients China) show got a big success in Shanghai

AFTER three years delay (Caused by COVID-19), finally from March 15th to 27th, 2023, the 26rd Food Ingredients China (FIC 2023) was held with a big success in China Exhibition and Convention Center.

Wuxi Berbica Technology Co., Ltd attended the show and displayed three main machines which apply to food and ingredients industry.

1. BSP-500 Standard Production plant homogenize mixer machine specially for milk products such as cheese, mayonnaise etc. The highest point of this machine is, it uses steam spray heating system, directly and smoothly heat food sauce, to avoid milk products stick onto the kettle wall (Some cases caused by in traditional jacket heating process).

2. BSP-5 laboratory use homogenizing mixing machine. This is small version for lab research purpose. 5 liters capacity but equips with fully functions - heating, vacuum, bottom core homogenizing.

3. BHSC-300 Heating sterilization and cooling system, our new developed machine for salad sauce and custard cream. This machine applies steam heating flow control system, use corkscrew jackets rolling device (Fist stage). Pipelines sanitizer (Second stage). And cooling water corkscrew jackets rolling device (Third stage). From some old machines process, salad sauce may stick onto the stainless steel layer wall (Paste pot), difficult for some protein products etc. While Berbica BHSC machine can solve this issue well. BHSC-300 means the process capacity is 300kg per hour.
