Brief introdution

FM-G10 is an automatic bag packing machine, widely used in batch food industry. It works with a roll of hot seal film such as PE material, turn it to be different size of bags, coding, fill weighted product inside, remove bubbles out, hot seal the bag and finished bags come out through the conveyor to the cartons or the next steps.

  • Full automatic process.

  • Works well for high-thick products such as Mayonnaise, salad sauce.

  • Bag width 75~250mm, length 120~450mm.

  • Pack product weight from 200g ~6000g.

  • GMP standard.

  • 5~30 bags per minute.

  • Air pressure 0.6MPA. Air consumption 0.4 m3 per minute.

  • Remove bubbles out of the bag, extend the stock period for the product.

  • It suits both for common liquid juice or thick food sauce.
