FILLING EQUIPMENTs

WE divide the filling equipment into- manual/semi-auto filling machines for small-batch purposes. Filling and sealing machine for products into tubes. Filling and capping machine for products into bottles/jars. Both machines can equip into production lines from Batch mixing, filling sealing/capping, labelling until cartooning machine (put the filled products into a small carton box).

BFM-60 is a manual filler for small-batch purposes. It comes with one single filling head but with two filling modes: Step the pedal to control each filling OR switch into the auto-filling method with a time gap. This machine suits for small batch or small samples, filling ranges from 5~150ml, 30~500ml, 300~1000ml. Filing error within +-1.5%.

BFMT-80 Metal tube filling and sealing machine especially applied for metal tubes, such as toothpaste, medical lotion etc. Unlike the plastic tube filling, it uses a double sealing station to seal the metal tube tails twice. Filling volume ranges from 5~200ml. (Up to the tube diameters and lengths).

BFPT-80 plastic tube filling and sealing machine, hot sale type for daily use cosmetic/pharmaceutical / some food sauce industry. All the contact material parts use stainless steel SUS316 to ensure they meet FDA / GMP standards. The ideal production speed is 80 tubes per minute. It is using hot air sealing with the cooling system to make the tube tails sealed smoothly.
