When you want to find the most suitable machine for your factory, workshop or laboratory, you might get confused when you see so many different machines on google or Alibaba B2B platform. Even when people already found us on - Berbica website may still don’t know how to choose the best machine models. I know about this because this is what I have been through every time when I shop online.
Here I want to share some experiences based on our Major Business field- Filling machine, Mixing machine, pumps etc light industry equipment.
Capacity.
This is always the first question when you want to find suitable machinery. You need to note the mixing kettle capacity to satisfy the production ability. One 5 litre capacity mixing kettle may good enough for a lab. While one 1000L volume kettle is more suitable for big-scale production.
Budget.
You need to have a rough budget, which will decide what kind of machine is afforded. Even if your production needs big-scale & high-efficiency full automatic filling equipment. If you can not get enough budget, we will still recommend you to start one semi-automatic filling machine.
Technical & specifications.
We have to tell the vendor our basic requirements, what do we want to get, or the value we are looking for from the machine. For example, I want a transfer pump, I will tell the Berbica engineer which I want pump - easy to clean, GMP standard, transfer distance 5 meters, for cosmetic lotion products etc. Then Berbica will recommend you to choose a Lobo pump.
Certifications & Brands.
During my work experience in the past 10+ years, more than half of customers have asked about machine certifications. I didn’t understand it at the beginning, now I know this is very necessary from a lesson of the Canada projects. The govt requires all the machines to meet CSA standards, so we changed all the electrical components into famous brands with CSA/ UL approval. Now all the machines from the Berbica team are using CSA/ UL/CE approval electrical components.
Electrical supply & Power input
We have to consider the factory power input, the voltage, Phase, Wire Amps must be good enough to run the machine.
