Indonesia partner inspected our factory and make Mayonnaise production testing 

After Allpack show in October, Jakarta, Berbica team keeps communication with some partners we met in the show. Some of them are willing to come visiting our factory with the hope to explore further business cooperation. One of them, a big food brand factory in Indonesia, their soft drinking business benchmarks Coca Cola. The reason they came to us is because they want to expend their production line for a new product in the market - Mayonnaise & Salad sauce. They also visited Yili milk group which is one of the biggest Milk brands in China. Below is the details in this meeting tour in our factory.  

Three of them came to our factory - the owner, CEO and production technician. The mayonnaise production flow (*Testing formula, different food factories may have different flavors ).

Machine system

- SPP-500 Vacuum Emulsifier Mixer

- FM-G10 automatic packing machine

Material

1. 180 Liters of food grade oil.

2. 20 Liters water.

3. 7 kg sugar.

4. 0.5kg salt.

5. 20kg liquid egg.

6. 7.5 liters vinegar.

Lift open the emulsifier kettle cover.  Add 180 liters oil into the oil tank. Put 20 liters water, 7 kg sugar, 0.5 kg salt and 20 kg liquid egg into the emulsifier kettle. Close the emulsifier kettle cover. Turn on Vacuum function, start pre-mix few seconds, turn on the homogenize function, it sucks the oil from the oil pot into the emulsifier pot and mixing together with the materials. Then the emulsifier will work and circulate mixing, add 7.5 liters vinegar into the emulsifier pot at the same time. Homogenize and do emulsification around one minute, it turns out very fine mayonnaise sauce. Pump out mayonnaise to the hopper of packaging machine. Pack it into rectangle bags or irregular bags.
